Lessons for June 2023

Dr. LaDonna Boyd presents the lessons for June are collectively entitled “The Prophets Proclaim God’s Power,” and it is a four-week study of the reign of God as depicted in Isaiah, Ezekiel, Zephaniah, and Zechariah. Taken as a whole, these lessons consider what these prophetic texts teach us about the rule God exerts over the earth’s inhabitants. The first 2 lessons advance the theme of God’s powerful and peaceful reign. The third lesson introduces the concept of God’s servant-king, the promised Messiah. The last lesson explores the concept of God’s appointed King.
