Return Policy For Churches and Individuals:
We encourage customers to check the entire shipment within forty-eight hours and to report any discrepancies by contacting Customer Service. Report all errors at that time. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Requests for returns must be made within ten business days of receiving the order by calling 1-877-4RH-BOYD and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All items must be in sellable condition and received within thirty days from RMA issue date. Vacation bible school (VBS) returns must be requested no later than May 1st, regardless of order date. Returns that do not have an RMA number will not be honored. RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. For additional details on the above information, please contact Customer Service.
Freight collect charge of 3% on all orders shipped freight collect, and a 25% additional penalty fee if they do not accept the freight collect charges from the shipper on the initial billing.
Due to the changing nature of our shipping charges based on the large variance in weights for shipping, please contact customer service for exact shipping rates for your order.
Some local customers choose to pick up their orders at our facilities. For local customer pick up, we do charge a dock fee based on the weight of the order as outlined below
