The November lessons are collectively titled, “Psalms of Thanksgiving and Praise.” The four lessons are drawn from the book of Psalms. Together, these psalms express deep confidence in God’s loving guidance and protection, encourage trust in His unfailing goodness, celebrate a spirit of gratitude, and marvel at His intimate knowledge and presence in our lives.
The first lesson, “Confidence in God’s Shepherding,” lets us know who guides and protects us, ensuring our needs are met even in the darkest times. The second lesson, “Who Can You Trust? emphasizes the importance of placing our trust in God rather than in human leaders or wealth, celebrating His faithfulness and calling us to joyful praise. Lesson three, “A Gratitude Attitude,” encourages us to express gratitude and joy in worship, recognizing God’s enduring goodness and mercy. Lesson four, “Wonderful! Marvelous!” reflects on the intimate knowledge and presence of God in our lives, assuring us that we are fully known and cherished by Him.
