The February lessons are collectively titled, “Life in God’s Kingdom,” the four lessons are drawn from the book of Matthew. The message emphasizes living a life of genuine faith marked by humility in prayer, repentance, prioritizing God above all, selfless generosity, and compassionate service to others, as these reflect true discipleship and lead to eternal life.
Lesson 1: “Too Much Debt,” teaches that prayer should be sincere and humble, focusing on seeking God's will, forgiveness, and provision while emphasizing the importance of forgiving others to receive God's forgiveness.
Lesson 2: “Stand Up.” Jesus commends John the Baptist's role as a prophet and warns that those who reject His message will face judgment for their lack of repentance.
Lesson 3: “What More Do I Have to Do?” teaches that eternal life requires more than following commandments—it demands wholehearted devotion to God, sacrificial generosity, and prioritizing heavenly treasures over earthly wealth.
Lesson 4: “Don’t Be a Goat,” teaches that true discipleship is demonstrated by selflessly serving and caring for those in need, as our actions toward others reflect our relationship with Christ and determine our eternal destiny.
