An Inaugural Gathering

A seat at the table where faith and story meet.

On the shores of Martha’s Vineyard, R.H. Boyd invites you to an afternoon honoring the enduring power of Black storytelling, the voices, faith, and culture that have shaped generations.

For 130 years, R.H. Boyd has published the words that carry a community forward. The inaugural Stories by the Sea luncheon brings that legacy to one of the most storied coastlines in America for a gathering of readers, leaders, and cultural stewards. Expect a thoughtfully curated seated luncheon, meaningful conversation, and a celebration of the stories that continue to teach, lead, and inspire.
