Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, the ideal candidate will ensure that our company attracts and retains top-tier talent while optimizing the employee experience. The HR Manager will shape a positive and inclusive work culture, maintain compliance and safety, and implement effective HR processes that contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Focus will be on delivering measurable improvements in recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, and benefits management.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
1. Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Drive the creation and execution of innovative recruitment strategies that result in hiring high-quality candidates within an efficient time frame.
- Ensure the onboarding process leads to new hires being fully integrated and productive quickly, enhancing team performance.
- Foster a work environment that supports career development, job satisfaction, and a positive company culture.
- Represent the company at recruitment events and various company activities.
2. Benefits Optimization & Employee Satisfaction:
- Maximize the value of the company’s benefits program by ensuring employees understand and utilize available options, leading to higher satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and regularly assess the competitiveness of benefit offerings to ensure alignment with industry standards, driving employee attraction and loyalty.
- Create a responsive system for resolving benefits inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution that enhances employee satisfaction and trust in the organization.
3. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, contributing to a legally sound HR environment and minimizing risk to the company.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate employee records and employee manual that enable efficient reporting and decision-making.
- Implement policies that lead to clear, transparent HR practices and procedures.
4. Workplace Culture & Performance Enhancement:
- Foster a positive, inclusive company culture where employees feel valued, supported, and aligned with the company’s mission, resulting in higher engagement and team collaboration to achieve corporate goals.
- Design and support performance management systems that encourage professional development and lead to measurable improvements in individual and team productivity.
- Lead initiatives that enhance communication and collaboration across the company
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners to influence and drive positive outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results in recruitment, employee satisfaction, and benefits management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, focused on talent acquisition, benefits management, and HR operations, preferably in related market.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and benefits administration
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain HR compliance and operational efficiency.
- SHRM preferred.
